Music & Worship

Mosaic seeks to be a church that honors the best of our Christian and United Methodist traditions while seeking to be relevant to the 21st century.

We are a chuch that believes in both hearing God's word (in scripture, sermon, and other ways) and seeking God's presence at the table on a weekly basis. Eucharist, or Holy Communion, is a vital part of our weekly gathering. We trust that  God equips us as we leave our time together in order that we can be the hands and feet of Christ in the world throughout the week.

Our choir is led by Alan Logan and Gwenda Sharp. We also have soloists and ensembles that help us worship throughout the year.

Our band is led by Jerry Griffin. Musicians help us worship by playing a variety of instruments.

We also have a liturgical dance team called Mosaic Spirit Movers led by Fran Barton.

Children are a vital part of the Mosaic community. They are welcome to participate and help lead in all aspects of worship. We do offer a Sunday School experience during part of our worship. After the children's time, children go downstairs for their own time of learning and return to worship for Holy Communion with their church family.
